I'm trying to run "cs-make -n" or "cs-make --dry-run" in order to get a

This gives:

"/cygdrive/c/Program Files/CodeSourcery/Sourcery G++
Lite/bin/cs-make" -C system

process_begin: CreateProcess(NULL, "", ...) failed.
make (e=87): The parameter is incorrect.
